Boy or girl?

Boy or girl? We don't know yet. The baby is doing good and the doctor doesn't want to see me for another 5 weeks. That is when we can find out about the sex of the baby, how big it is and if everything is going just right. I can't wait!!! The baby is now about the size of a kit kat bar (approximately 4 in.) and weighs about 2 ounces.



The nurse checked the heartbeat again and it was going about 148 beats per minute. Fast huh?? John and I have a busy next couple of months. Going to see my Grandparents (maybe), going to Dallas for a wedding, getting baby room ready, fixing the yard and the house up and back to Dallas for Mikhayla's birthday. She got all the "Girls" in the family tickets to see Wicked. Hopefully I'll get some pictures of all the stuff that is going on.

3 Months and Counting

Today marks the big day of 3 Months and only 6 more to go:( The first Trimester is down. Thank goodness for no morning sickness. I am posting some new pics of some stuff my little sister, Kasey, and my mom sent me for the baby. John also took some pictures of my belly today. Thanks babe!! It's not big yet, but I hear it's just going to get bigger. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Brazilian Nut

I went to the doctor yesterday and everything looks great! We didn't get any new sonogram pictures, but I heard the baby's heartbeat again. He/she's heatbeat is going ninety miles an hour. It was still as awesome as hearing it for the first time. The baby is about the size of a Brazilian Nut and weighs about 4 paper clips now. I think its growing! They did some more blood work (Yuck!) and told me to come back in 4 more weeks. The Dr. said I was looking really good for 10 weeks and to keep it up. I asked when we could find out the sex of the baby and she told me about 19 weeks. That's a long time:( It's okay, as long as everything else is going good. On the other hand, my kids at school will take their Math TAKS on Tuesday. I can't wait for that to be over. I'll try and take some pics of John and I this weekend. We have a lot of work to do around the house. Talk to everyone soon!
